Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital content and online course delivery, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both learners and instructors. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund If:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of enrollment.

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction and give us a chance to resolve the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund If:

  • Your refund request is made after 7 days of course purchase.

  • You have completed or accessed a significant portion (more than 20%) of the course.

  • You’ve downloaded course materials or received certification.

  • The course was purchased as part of a bundle or discounted offer unless otherwise stated.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses accessed beyond 20%

  • Completed courses

  • Certification exams

  • Downloadable resources or PDFs

  • Personalized mentorship or 1:1 coaching sessions

Course Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that AzureLib cancels or postpones a course, you will be eligible for a 100% refund or free enrollment in the rescheduled batch, at your discretion.
